What we collect and why

When you use the supplier form or email us, we receive the information you choose to share: your name, company, email address, and optionally your phone number, website, growing region and product details. We use it only to answer your inquiry and to evaluate a possible commercial relationship.

We do not send marketing emails, we do not sell or rent your data, and we do not use tracking analytics on this site.

Who processes it

Form submissions are delivered through Web3Forms, and email is hosted by Hostinger. Both act as service providers so that your message reaches us; they are not authorized to use your data for other purposes.

Your rights

You may ask us to access, correct, delete or stop using your personal data at any time by writing to diego@zapienehijos.mx. We will answer within the terms set by Mexican data protection law (Ley Federal de Protección de Datos Personales en Posesión de los Particulares).
